When Cristi L. Hernandez was looking for a real estate franchise, the concept of #HumansOverHouses fit her perfectly. After all, it was how she built her real estate career, putting people before profit. As a Realtor®, Cristi gets to know her clients personally, so she can fully understand their needs and wants in a home or an investment. As a Broker, she quickly identifies how she can best support each agent to grow, both personally and professionally. Serving the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast as a Realtor® since 2001, Cristi quickly joined the top 10% of over 700 agents at her Brokerage. She soon left to build her own Brokerage, which she later sold for a significant profit. She has served as the Chair and Vice Chair for Professional Development and the President and President Elect of the Women’s Council of Realtors for the Realtor® Association of the Palm Beaches. Her energy and enthusiasm did not go unnoticed; in 2007, she was hired as the Team Leader of a top-tier real estate agency. During her 5-year tenure, she recruited over 660 agents and increased revenue from $136M to $458M. She mentored both new and seasoned agents and coached them into multi-million-dollar producers, always leading with integrity. Her interest in helping other agents to succeed led her to travel throughout Florida teaching thousands of students as an Instructor for the Graduate of Realtor® Institute. In 2022, she became an Instructor for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative program. Before Real Estate became her passion, she was an Advanced Director for Pampered Chef, responsible for training new consultants in sales and business management. Cristi is the friend you can always depend on, a mother of two boys, and an ocean and boating/fishing enthusiast. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts, in Interior Design and a minor in Psychology.
