Jay Teresi has almost 30 years of experience in all facets of residential real estate and across multiple
verticals. These include management, franchise sales, M&A, recruiting, retention and technology.
Currently Jay is VP of Back Office Sales for Inside Real Estate. This role came from developing an
innovative new software solution for agent retention, coaching and recruiting strategies. Prior to that,
he led two large regional brokerage operations with over 28 offices and over 1000 agents. Coaching and
leaders to experienced agent retention and recruitment.
